About The Event
Slow Food Lake Tahoe’s Savor the Season Community Dinner goes beyond a simple meal, celebrating community, sustainability, and the pleasure of good food. Join us for a guided tour of our gardens, followed by a garden soiree featuring local cuisine, wine, and live music.
We'll begin with a salad and appetizers featuring produce from the Slow Food Lake Tahoe gardens. Next, enjoy on-site, wood-fired pizzas made with dough from Truckee's Great Gold, local produce from Tahoe Food Hub, and proteins from Bradley & Sons Grass Fed Beef. Additionally, indulge in a selection of regenerative wines from Husch Vineyards and elixirs from Mountain Lotus. We'll complete the night with a delicious dessert. This event, in line with our mission to make good, clean, and fair food accessible, brings together food enthusiasts to enjoy locally sourced cuisine while supporting a healthier, more resilient food system.
