Kitchen Close-Up: Sourdough Bread Making

About The Event
Slow Food Lake Tahoe has partnered with Stella Restaurant for a our first Kitchen Close-Up event. The theme of this first event is Sourdough Break Making! The evening will begin with a welcome beverage, an instructional workshop where participants learn the basics to making sourdough bread, as well as how to maintain a starter culture at home. The class will be followed by a delicious 3-course sourdough-themed dinner cooked by the talented chefs at Stella.
Doors open at 5:30pm
Class begins at 6pm
Dinner at 7:30pm.
