About The Event
Slow Food Lake Tahoe has partnered with Kitchen Collab for another Kitchen Close-Up Series event. The theme of this event is Kimchi! The evening will begin with a welcome beverage, followed by an instructional workshop where participants learn the basics to making nutrition, delicious, traditional Korean kimchi! The class will be followed by a scrumptious 3-course kimchi-themed dinner cooked by the talented chefs of Kitchen Collab.
Doors open at 5:30pm
Class begins at 6pm
Dinner at 7:30pm.
