In this interactive workshop, we will learn how to make elderberry syrup, bone broth and fire cider at home. We will also talk about the benefits of using foods to increase your immunity. You will be able to sample bone broth as well as take home samples of elderberry syrup and your own jar of fire cider to cure at home.
