About The Event

Join us for a FREE Grow Your Own virtual workshop focusing on seed germination and transplanting at high altitude on Wednesday, March 2nd at 6pm PT, taught by staff at University of Nevada Reno's Desert Farming Initiative

As many of us know, high elevation gardening is tricky!  Our friends at the Desert Farming Initiative will be teaching us how to properly start seeds and transplant them to the garden when the time is right.

You MUST pre-register for the free virtual workshop by reserving a ticket below. If you are unable to attend the live workshop, it will be recorded and posted on this site to watch at a later time.

The Grow Your Own workshop series is brought to you in partnership by UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center, UCCE Master Gardeners of Lake Tahoe and Slow Food Lake Tahoe.  We appreciate your support of our programs!

If you have any questions, please contact us: info@slowfoodlaketahoe.org
